The idea for Mercury Compliance Hub started with us. Like many growing businesses, we wanted to make sure our own internal processes met every regulatory requirement — from HR documentation to client policies and care-related compliance. As we built a system to manage it all, something clicked: this could help so many other organisations facing the same challenges.
Working closely with clients in care, education, and other compliance-heavy sectors, we saw how time-consuming it can be to keep up with changing regulations. So, we refined our internal tool into a smart, AI-powered assistant designed to simplify compliance management — saving providers hours each week while helping them stay inspection-ready and confident.
